Built on a bold orange and dark palette, the deck walks stakeholders through current pricing inconsistencies across brands, a three pronged standardization approach and the financial impact per company. Strong data visualization, bar charts, variance analysis and key findings make the $181,847 revenue opportunity impossible to ignore, giving leadership exactly the clarity needed to act.
