The Challenge

The Global Brit had an outdated, overly literal logo. A Union Jack globe with a clunky arrow that looked generic, collapsed at small sizes, and failed to communicate what the brand actually stood for. No guidelines, no cohesive digital presence, nothing to build on.

The Approach

Starting with a full identity audit and audience research, the visual direction shifted from geography to momentum and transition. The globe became a clean geometric arrow flag mark. From there, the work expanded into a complete brand system covering guidelines, website, socials and YouTube, building every touchpoint from the ground up.
